Poor service from staff, lectured by service desk,...

Poor service from staff, lectured by service desk, given a dirty loaner, received my car back claiming it was washed, it was dirty, and a random baseball cap on passengers seat.
Staff asked that I give a 10/10 rating when I am contacted to give a review, I should have asked for what, being rude, pushy, or giving me a dirty car with someone else s trash inside?
