A superb family run jewelers with outstanding customer service and attention to detail. My wife's engagement ring was purchased from here last year and such was the standard of service and quality of the piece that we went back this year to have our wedding bands made. Guy took time to help us make the right choice of rings and ensured we were able to have the custom engraving we wanted - we were delighted with the result. We will certainly use Hancocks again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends.
