l am very upset that Mark at your Cedar Isle dealership is not taking my issues seriously. I had a breakdown about a month ago and my car was towed to this dealership and after everything was done after collecting my car l then realised that car towing tool and fire extinguisher from my car were missing l then contacted Mark and he followed up with his team then then found the towing tool and not my extinguisher. Mark called me to say that it will be replaced by BMW its almost a month now and no one has made contact with me regarding my stolen item. How can something just go missing in one's car at a dealership it is theft.
