Great view of Boston Harbor, but disappointing room conditions. Some of the positive things about the hotel are the views of Boston Harbor, the overall decor of the hotel, the drinks from the bar and the customer service from the attendants. Some of the sub-par aspects were the customer service from the check in desk, lack of included breakfast and the room condition -- the standard room didn't have a dresser (only shelves in the closet), didn't have a fan in that bathroom which resulted in condensation on the ceiling and mirrors. There were gaps between the wall and floor in the bathroom and there was a tremendous amount of dust in the vents. Overall, it is a great place for a function, but maybe not an optimal place to stay.
