The bus mgr says there is a camera on the bus that they can watch video playbacks but the one day an incident happened she says it wasn't recording that day. Hmmm...anyways it would be to everyone's benefit to make sure it is used consistently for future issues that may arise. She admitted it wasn't handled properly. Thankfully it was not a big deal such as a safety issue. It is resolved now but I hope if there is any reason I have to contact them for anything, I can't say I have much confidence in how it will be handled.
