DO NOT USE WN DIRECT. It's a false economy if you think you're saving money by choosing them as a courier. They lost an important high value package, they were "unable" to track what's happened to it (they just told me it's lost and I have to deal with it). There's no accountability about losing it, it's clearly been taken by someone along it's delivery journey. Both myself and retailer out of pocket. They wouldn't even have informed me or the retailer that it's been lost, we had to follow up ourselves. Zero customer service. Hilarious their tag line is "offers fresh thinking and international logistics solutions". what's the fresh thinking? Don't deliver??
