I would give the Tea Rose Cafe 4 stars for the freshly made Crepes, but I'm giving it 3 stars because the cappuccino wasn't great. Despite this, I enjoyed the outside seating (a rare commodity around Machida station) and the access this gave to a variety of live performances in the little square next door while I was there. The crepe we had was good and a decent variety of flavors and toppings are on offer.
