Great experience with Kinetisys. Called on a Friday afternoon due to laptop not working for daughter's virtual school. They had someone out within the hour that day. It was determined to be a bad hard drive, which the technician took and fixed as well as updated the operating system and had ready by Sunday evening so my daughter would have it Monday morning. We will for use again in the future for any IT needs.
