The struggle of my life, it was already bad before COVID Now nobody answers the phone. They look at you for 15 minutes before they call you to the window, while they do nothing but conversate over lunch smh. This is the WORST veteran care ever. I have been calling for a week trying to get to the Texas Veteran Commision, I cant come up there because its appointments only and I cant call because apparently all the phones have been unplugged. Can we PLEASE GET GOOD SERVICE FOR OUR VETERANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
