5 Stars Care Company. Outstanding in many ways. I had the privilege to work for PCC over 3 years. I liked the comfort of work. There was:
- no rush as the calls are long enough to provide the complete care,
- no hassle with going to the office,
- no paperwork as they were first to introduce the fast and easy online reporting system and digital log book,
- no gaps between calls, which makes the work smooth and well paid,
- no changes to the rota unless it needs to be slightly amended,
- no long distance travelling between clients as they are all in one area.
Their innovative structure and organisation of work, as well as the management are admirable.
