We have appealed twice and had no response on the ...

We have appealed twice and had no response on the outcome, but keep receiving letters with the amount going up.

Can we please get feedback on the 2 appeals please? There is no number to call to chase the responses and nothing shows online.

And then the amount reduced to the original amout if the appeal was unsuccessful please?
