Have Adsolute accounting program addressed by our new accountant. In itself a nice program but unfortunately less good experience with the service of Wolters Kluwer. We have decided to stop using it.
Had a phone call with them after the decision and been able to talk through a lot of the frustrations. You can only learn from it and I think that is positive in itself. Also a nice gesture that we can terminate our annual contract early. It remains a nice program that we will now use as the underlying basis through another accountant, but then via the accounting office itself.
