I would strongly recommend against using Neto for your online business. They've got some good ideas and implement a bunch of useful Australian specific features but as a company that are too untrustworthy to rely on.

The strongest argument I have for using Neto is the support for "Pay Later" credit terms for customers, essential for B2B sales, and the only reason we haven't moved to BigCommerce.

The product is riddled with bugs that never seem to get addressed. As everyone else here has mentioned we had out price increased by 355% pretty much the month after we signed up. Worst of all we're not even in the revenue band they bill us for but our account manager hasn't responded to an email in two months to fix it.

I can truly understand the need to increase prices to survive. We probably wouldn't mind if it wasn't for the contempt shown in the process and refusal to answer follow up emails.

I honestly think a lot of the gushing 5 star reviews here are fake. Buyer beware.
