My partner booked here as a Christmas present, last year we stayed at Tortworth Court and it was amazing. Booked here thinking same chain same level of quality, that wrong on so many levels, first room was dirty with questionable stains and spider webs in every nook. Second we had an apartment which costs more but has no housekeeping service, so no fresh towels or made bed, then to finish as I could go on more, after paying for breakfast with booking being told we're not on the list and being made to feel like we are trying to get a free breakfast. In conclusion stay 30 miles away at Tortworth Court
