I had a very bad experience at this restaurant. I searched for this place online and I reserved the table for 3 people inside with nice view to celebrate my birthday. There was guy who met us at the door and he was dressed as a manager but he wasn t warm welcome. He checked the system and asked to follow him by heading outside. We mentioned that we reserved the table inside and his respond was - there is no table inside . I mean that s not appropriate words to use when the costumer had a special request. Fortunately , he was able to find our table and placed us to the requested place with the view. During the time of checking the menu at least 3 different waiters approached to our table and saying our waiter will be in a minute , however it took them 20 min to take our order. Two of us have ordered medium-well steaks and they brought medium and well-done instead. Btw, the quality of the beef was very low! Also, one of us had a glass of whiskey which had a noticeable crack that could cut the tongue. Another order was a still water and they brought a sparkling instead. Finally, it was a time for a dessert and we still had a hope for a better but after one of us has got the chocolate cake instead of creme brule we just realized that this must be considered very seriously. To conclusion, you will not get the service and food for the money you spend there, don t waste your money unless they seriously make some changes on their management, service and food quality.
