On Friday June 19th, 2015 I contacted VIVID Seats after it took Fed Ex four days of looking for the lost envelope. I told the senior manager at Vivid that I did not receive my tickets yet and they were shipped over week ago. It turned out that Fed Ex had lost them. I reported it to Vivid three times with three different managers. Three days later I have not heard back from any of them. Before hanging up all three recited the same VIVID PHRASE"I promised to call back before day ending". Either all three VIVID MANAGERS got a case of AMNESIA or they just are professionals when it comes to giving out lip service!

The bottom line is hopefully you don't have a problem because if you do have one plan on spending hours of chasing VIVID to get your problem solved. My problem is not solved yet.
