Just bought my 2nd travel camper from optimum RV. My salesman Sky Groom was outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Asked what we were looking for and showed us exactly what we asked for.We took as much time as we needed with no pressure. When we picked up our new camper, he came on the walk through with us and an amazing technician named Tyler. Tyler went over every detail and showed us everything with the same professional, knowledge and courtesy extended to us by Sky. Excellent customer service. Lastly Mr.Ed in service is the best, a pleasure doing business with. Absolutely a great experience.
