If you're thinking of ordering from this company I would suggest you read my review so you can find out how poorly you will be regarded after they TAKE your money. This is one of the single worst experiences I have ever had with an online vendor. I placed my order and noted that they took the 500 plus dollars out of the bank within seconds, (this part is importamt to note when you find out the quoted refund time further in my review). After two weeks there was zero change in my order status of "processing" I decided to reach out via their site and sent a message seeking a status...I was ignored. I waited 48 hours and sent another and again, I was ignored. I waited an additional 14 hours and called them. Of course, they weren't available so I left a voice mail. After 24 more hours of being ignored I called again and miraculously spoke to a representative who advised me that it would be another 2 plus weeks before my order would be expected to be delivered so I requested a refund and was advised that even THAT was going to take 10 days. Funny that they have the technology in place to process a debit within seconds yet seem to not be able to process refunds until roughly the same amount of time it would take for my order to be supposedly sent. Seems like a revenue retention policy to me...but what do I know. We're not talking a $20 order here folks. We're talking about over $500 bucks that these potential scammers plan to hold onto for a total of a near month from the time the order was placed until the time I'm SUPPOSED to get a refund. It's outrageous that they would snatch the cash from you faster than you can say "that was fast" yet leave it up to the customer to go out of their way multiple times to get an unapologetic and equally disappointing outcome with zero interst in taking the time to put processes in place that allow the customer to access any information autonomously. There are a lot of options for this type of service out there. Don't make the same mistake I did. Spend your money with a company that values your patronage and respects your time. Only the next 10 days will determine if these people are simply scam artists with a big advertising budget, but the time I've already wasted on their useless service definitely tells me they couldn't care less about their customers. To the company, don't bother responded with a fake apology because you've already made me very aware of how you truly feel about my personal experience. What a total waste of time and so far, money...and a LOT of it.
