I ve dealt with and spoke with several across the United States(and internationally) and the level of training and quality workflow that goes into their employees is incredible. They truly care about quality and not quantities. ISO certified. They even have an entire TRAINING HOUSE inside the warehouse for hands on training before entering into a customers home. The customer service staff go through extensive training for MONTHS before going into the floor. Webinars, on sight, team building, this way they KNOW what s occurring and can handle every caller with the best experience and knowledge possible. The companies they subcontract also get monitored for performance in the quality work flow. I ve never seen a company put so much into their employees and I understand now how they have been in business for over 75 years providing top hat service.
