Bought an ASUS gaming laptop that broke within 24h...

Bought an ASUS gaming laptop that broke within 24hrs so sent it back to be repaired. After a week of not hearing anything i chased them up and was told it wasn't fixable. I could either wait till September for one to come in stock, refund or be given a completely different one from what i ordered. Took a day to think and decided i would wait for more stock. Phoned them back up to tell them, only to be told that they WERE NOT getting any in stock and that the 4 people who informed me the day before that was actually an option "got it wrong" IE: lied
Needless to say i asked for a refund. Since it was actually my only option at that point. Why would i take a random laptop from you? There is no way it was going to be the same spec or better, clearly were gonna send me a lesser product so they could cash in. The company is a joke, rude and clearly are opening themselves to a lawsuit if this is how they conduct business. No compensation offers, no help just a downright awful company. Pay attention to the bad reviews the good ones are properly fake anyhow.

Response: How about you just refund me? Still waiting. I was informed by email by one of your staff that it was done Thursday my bank statements do not reflect this. Please refund me along with canceling the fiance you have also lied about doing. I was told in witting i have to do this but V2 have spoken to me saying you have to do this.
