My daughter and I had a great experience buying her a used car. The price was fair and they allowed us plenty of time to check it out, including putting it up on a lift. The car came with a 12 month/12,000 mile wide-ranging guaranty that included manufacturer-required service (this was based on the condition of the car and is not always available) which decided the deal for us. The salesman Isaac and the business manager Desmond were quality people.
The only negative was having to endure being sent to a room for an attempt to sell us all manner of extended warranties. This was so even though I made it clear at the outset that we were pressed for time and weren't interested. (The guy in the room--not the salesman or the business manager--said it "was legally required" although as a lawyer I doubt that highly.) Despite this heartburn I still give them a superior rating. I suggest in the future they consider making it easier to opt out of this.
