Its remarkable that you "struggle" to understand why your customers/gamers abhor your organisation. Games are supposed to be journeys- great ones make you feel a connection with the stories and characters within them. You guys on the other hand? You deliver poorly written, structured and articulated "games" (I use that word very, very loosely) and then whack micro-transactions on top to add further injury to insult.
