I place an order on Friday the 18th, By Monday the 21st I received an email telling the order was processing and shipped on the 20th. I was prompted to track my order on Finish Line site but all that was stated was that the product was "Shipped" again No Tracking #. By Wednesday I still have not received a "Tracking" number, So I called the "Customer Service" and after 28 mins. I was greeted by a representative from the "Philippine". After 20 min. of communication barrier, the Rep. advised they would call the store in which my shoes would be sent from. The passing of 15 more mins. ended with the line being disconnected.
I was greeted with this same experience two days later and again the following Tuesday (The day I am writing this review). After 11 days I feel as I was taken advantage of and I hope other can advoid the frustration and the time lost while on hold as "Customer Service" will be right with you as "Your time is valuable" BS.
