Ikea is not what it used to be. It is a shame.
On September 8, I bought furniture worth 1,200. I hired the transport and assembly and they told me that they could not take them until October 19.
I called on a couple of occasions to confirm the delivery and assembly of the furniture, for the agreed day, since I had to travel 450km because I do not reside where I requested the delivery.
On October 19, I went to check the delivery and assembly of the furniture and the carrier told me that they could not assemble it that day.
I couldn't believe it. Also, I was missing two tables that I bought.
I kept calling Ikea all day and they wouldn't pick up the phone.
After 40 minutes of waiting, I was able to talk to them and all they told me was that they were sorry.
They tell me that at least until October 28 they won't be able to ride them.
It is a shame.
I will never go back to Ikea
