The Charcas Lagoon Resort exceeded my expectations in every way. The resort grounds are absolutely stunning, with lush gardens and beautiful views of the lagoon. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect, providing excellent service and making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.
