We have bought a 2015 Lexus RC 350 in Nov 2017. At the time it was missing the SD card for Navigation. It took them three months to tell us that I will need to get it from the Lexus dealership and they will reimburse me for it. Two months ago, I got it and send in the receipt, ever since I have emailed Kyle Ford and Wes, several times, they have not bothered to acknowledge the receipt of the email or send in the check. I have called my salesperson Nicole several times, and was told she will get the manager to call me back, that has not happened yet either. I need to be reimbursed for the SD card.
