They managed to misplace an ENTIRE BOX of my belongings. When I called about it David the manager acted as if I was annoying him. For what I paid to have my furniture shipped this shouldn't have happened. They didn't offer any refund back nor did they seem too concerned about replacing my items. I wouldn't recommend this company because their careless & lack concern for other people's property yet they want to charge for this service without fully organizing & checking every item single handedly before, during & after it's delivered at location. I'll never use this company again. If you're still going to chance shipping with them I recommend you personally check & take photos of all of your items because you may end up missing several boxes, pay close attention to what you allow them to take possession of because when things come up missing you will never see them AGAIN. The shipping insurance for damaged or lost items they say is included is bogus because they do not replace nor issue any compensation for the inconvenience & loss of personal items. It's horrible.
