I was told to use Computers Plus for repairs because of excellent customer service. After this first experience, I will never go there again. Because I am still so livid over the rudeness, further damage to my laptop, and lost property, I will list...

1. Hinge broke on my laptop (made of plastic). When I took it in, the man stated that I would be CALLED the next day with an estimate. (I looked at my drop-off receipt as well just now, and it does state, in writing, that I was to be CALLED).

2. I was not called the next day. I was not called the next morning. I called and asked, and the man replied that I had been TEXTED the day before. I said that I had never received a text, and he simply stated that yes I had, according to their records.

3. He then states, "It doesn't matter anyway, because we texted to say that we can't get the hardware to fix the laptop. So there.". And yes, he did say "so there".
Strike 1.
After thanking him for his friendliness, I told him I would pick up my computer today.

4. When I picked up my computer, it was missing the protective cover I carry it in, EVERYWHERE. When I asked for it, I was informed that I didn't leave that with them. So, strike 2 for losing my cover.

5. I took the laptop to another computer store, who, by the way, will fix it and were incredibly nice. However, upon opening the laptop slightly to demonstrate the issue, I realized that Computers Plus had removed the OTHER hinge...resulting in the entire screen being detached from the computer. Strike 3.

I plan on writing this review anywhere and everywhere. And I plan on telling as many people as possible to never go to Computers Plus.
