They did not want to exchange my CO2 cylinder which clearly had both the US and Canadian DOT stamps on it, but in the end, that was ok as it a pretty nice shiny red kegco one so I decided to keep it and get it filled. I had to buy 5Lb Co2 tank filled which with tax they raped me for almost 141$ with sales tax. Airgas in Oakland told me 86$ for one filled. For swaps on tanks he was also over 10$ less.
