Customer service at Mack Cycle is like no other. I brought my bike in for service and had some concerns upon returning home. Once it was brought to their attention the master technician on staff ( Roberio) told me to bring the bike back and they would address any concerns that i may have. Not only did Roberio address my concerns he exceeded them for the trouble. Customer service is a top priority at Mack Cycle and it was extremely worth while driving past other bike shops for the experience and service they offer. Thumbs up.
