Tripshock!

We had a disappointing experience with Tripshock’s charter service in Destin. The crew was incredibly rude, especially when I simply asked about the fish quota. To make matters worse, the bait was too small for the hooks, and the equipment felt worn out. The captain spent most of the trip smoking cigarettes while we drifted from spot to spot. We started in an excellent location but then wasted hours moving around—shuffling between spots for 15 minutes at a time, only to find dead water. After three and a half hours of this inefficient searching, we finally found fish, but it was a brief, solid hour of action before the trip ended. Ultimately, it felt like we paid for six hours but only got an hour of real fishing.
