I could have spent MULTIPLE days here. Heck...I could have spent MULTIPLE days just watching the blacksmith work.
If you have the time, plan for a two day visit and take a class or two. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I learned more than I knew possible about about ropes, topper splicing, printing, blacksmithing, ship building, and so much more. Everything has an authentic feel without being cheesy or campy. Learning AND having fun... The perfect combination.
