I took a really long time to buy a pre-owned car. I did a lot of research and tried many different options. Throughout the 4 months it took, Alina Phomphakdy did a phenomenal job. She patiently answered all my questions, made suggestions, and kept me updated on any inventory I might be interested in, without ever feeling pushy. She was not there when I finally made the purchase, but Ken Lebaron did a great job of taking over to finalize the process. Thank you Walser Mazda, I had a great experience, and I LOVE my CX-5!
