Very poor experience. Over charged, lots of hidden...

Very poor experience. Over charged, lots of hidden fees, no accountability from team members, they blame Australia post or you (their client).

No internal communication, was overcharged on invoices multiple times, and the only way we brought it to their attention was from an internal audit of their work.

For any other e-commerce companies, be carful, I would stay away. Make sure you do your due diligence.
