Had a great experience with Matt Moreno. I wanted only to communicate via email, and he honored that request. Furthermore, even though there were no pictures of the car I purchased on their website, Matt made a brief video and sent it to me. Finally, he was a great host when we went to pick up the vehicle. Very satisfying experience, and would do it again.
