Beyond disappointed since our community switched to PMP.
Phone calls are never answered and rarely returned.
Emails to Courtney, Jared, or general staff remain unanswered.
Communication between employees is poor, resulting in several avenues of ineffective communication, phone tag, inefficiency, and confusion.
Only their LA office is staffed, poorly.
There seems to be little to no effort or remorse for their inability to provide the service they ve been hired to provide.

Having a background in property management with Essex, I more than understand the chaos that ensues daily and have provided PMP with ample and cordial feedback, as well as time and opportunities to improve/correct their current management style, to no avail.

At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and we as residents end up with the poor customer service so our HOA saves a dollar.

We are now planning to move and submitting a formal complaint to the BBB. Where I might be upset with our community, we understand they were made promises that are not being fulfilled by PMP.
