I have now waited another week or so and over a month still for a resolution to my poor service and overcharge. It's not even that I disagree with what they have offered because nobody has actually called to talk to me. I have sent over a dozen messages to the online team all they have done is said someone will call and the escalate it but at least they responded. Nobody calls or tries to talk leave a message or anything. The best part is a competitor actually reached out to me and promised to take care of my needs if I use them for my next purchase which was tires. So a competitor actually responded before any level of management in over a month. I have requested the CEO on 2 ocassions and they have just promised someone else will reach out in 48 to 72 hours. This has been by far the biggest lack of management and follow up with a customer I have ever experienced. Still NO resolution not even an attempt except someone who works somewhere else looking to grow there own buisiness off bad reviews.
