I didn t even have the chance to experience what the YMCA was about. I signed up for 4 swim classes for the same day different times. My daughter got sick and gave my other daughter the strep. So I called several times went to the location called the main office and still no refund. It s been a month and 2 weeks and still no refund. All I wanted was to cancel the classes and reschedule for another. The YMCA is supposed to be about building communities, helping families but in my case it was destroyed! I m sure it s a nice place but for me I will be dealing with local governments services. I know they will treat you fair and give the best service.
