Very disappointed, booked the Loft/Suite. We arrived and the room was not ready till after 7 pm. We had dinner reservations nearby and was not able to change first. The air conditioner went out several times. The room was cleaned the next day but, dirty glasses were still there. Just not the experience we were expecting.
