I got a large order to go ($200+) a month ago after seeing a movie with some co-workers. They left out a $28 item, which we didn't realize until we were back in Arlington. I called the manager who told me I would receive a gift card in the mail. Waited 3 weeks then called the manager again who said they would follow up with corporate. I called the corporate office and they sent me a "complimentary card" for $25, along with a heart felt message that my "concerns are regarded seriously", yeah so seriously that they would rather rob me of $3 than bump it up to the next denomination. I called back and the Manager of Guest Services told me, "I'm not sending another one", implied I lied by saying there is no male manager after I said I spoke to "him" (random call from a month prior, sorry I didn't take notes), and then just kept saying "I'm sorry" while I logically explained how this is not suitable. It isn't about the $3, it's about the principle of the matter. I told her I would gift the complimentary card and simply not eat in their establishments anymore. Great resolution Legal Sea Foods, lose a frequent customer over a $3 discrepancy, genius!
