Hi new beginner of any DaVinci product here. Not sure if I m just not that good at figuring out how to work this piece of metal in my hand or if there was really a problem with my product. But I called customer service to help me out. There s this guy Hector that I reached when I was calling customer service and he was super helpful in guiding me to the product. It took nearly half an hour but I finally got it going. Now I use it everywhere I go. I love the different aromas and flavors I got from the vape so I think it s a pretty great investment. Kudos DaVinci!
