Great experience at Gateway. The only reason why people are not satisfied with their care is because they don't have a life threatening condition. The Emergency Room is just as it says "Emergency" i.e. LIFE THREAT. The emergency room is not a primary care center....If you want routine care, go to your primary care doctor. I appreciated the candor and confidence of the staff. The wait was long, but after seeing the other people go ahead of me, I am glad they went first. The sicker you are, the faster you get seen...which is the way it should be.
