This place is nice and clean, i've only arrived there during late nights (around 9 pm) to very early morning (5 am). The nights are a bit crowded with people but still a pleasant place to be.

Recently there have been a few homeless folk sleeping on the benches or the bleachers during the morning hours, which is a little unsettling. Whoever is in charge of the facility should look into that. If that gets resolved, i'll be happy to put down a 5 stars rating.
