I bought a used car here in November, Terry Madison was my salesperson, he was very friendly and helpful. There were a few mistakes made in the finance office, but I left with a great car at a great price.
Terry and the entire used car staff have gone out of their way to correct the problems that impacted my purchase, and they have really shown me that they value me as a customer, even now that the sale is final. I am so glad that it was Terry that handled my sale, during and after. I know he really heard me, at all points in the process. It is nerve-wracking to go car shopping, alone, as a woman. Terry put me at ease and showed me respect.
More importantly, they were not afraid to admit that mistakes were made. They did not argue with me, they simply said "We know it was wrong. How do we make it right?" That kind of honesty and accountability are a huge breath of fresh air. They have absolutely won me back. The next time someone in my family needs to buy a car, I will wholeheartedly recommend they go to Courtesy.
