Sales staff was rude and arrogant. When car was detailed, the trunk and rear window was left dirty. The gentleman from the finance department was the only professional part of the entire experience. I was unfortunately forced to shop here due to the limited availability of the Ioniq and would not recommend this dealership unless it was a necessity.
