I took my van in for an odd problem we had had with getting it started twice the week before. We dropped it off in the morning. Jeff McLendon was our service adviser. Around lunch time he called and told me that they were not having any success duplicating the problem but that they would still keep trying. He also said that they had tested everything thing they could think of and everything was working fine. Near the end of the day he called and said that they still hadn't had any luck finding any issues and that we could come pick it up. When I picked it up, to my surprise, they did not charge me the diagnostic fee that I had agreed to when I dropped it off. I thought this was a very kind and professional gesture. Fortunately, the problem has not occured again for us either and our van is still running great. Thank you!
