You have to order your tickets online which give a specific time for your visit. You can come about fifteen minutes before your time starts to check in and enjoy yourselves. With customer crossed control thanks to the tickets, it's pretty quiet. Mild sound from others talking if you're close to others, but it's not overwhelming, and it was (myself included) ten people in their largest aquarium room.
The place is kept clean, and the fish were precious/ some knew what people wanted and I swear they would swim slowly or hover to get their photos taken. If you take photos or like to take your time, it's well worth the visit right now.
