Review of O'brien Autopark Fort Myers

I gave it one star because it would not let me go ...

I gave it one star because it would not let me go ahead without any stars. The service quoted to me for simple trans fluid flush was $410!!!! When I said why is it so expensive, the service representative named Joe, whose attitude and demeanor obviously lacked (did not have ANY) customer service skills, commented in a very inappropriate manner and I decided to walk out without having any service done. Definitely DO NOT recommend this place. If you need service done on your Subaru, please go somewhere else and spare yourself frustration and money!
