We bought the car in February2018,went back in June for service but service was denied reason Kyle explained to us is that the warranty had expired.we tried to explain but he said find another dealership where you get free service.kyle said that when the car is out of their hands it s the customer responsibility to find a shop to fix your car.he added saying, of course we sell used cars and more troubles.the engine was making a rattling noise and could not be attended.car fax was clean by then with no accident.went to make a deal by trading in our car,welcomed well by Christina Barrett and the manager(nick selerno) with fake smiles on the face.we first bought the car through Kyle,Christina recommended that it s better Kyle to help us but Kyle played games by pretending to be busy at then told Christina Barrett to attend us,the manager came out with car that says the have an accident,we said nope.somehow Christina said it s 2014 and got mad for saying no.she showed us the car of our interest to buy,tried to make a deal,all over sudden Christina Barrett called us STUPID,can t waste my time,just get up and go as she walked away to the manager,everybody heard it and there was no argument.she talked with her manager and her came out very angrily, high tempered man and gave us two options which we either buy a new a car or leave immediately.we tried to explain that it s inappropriate for Christina to call the customers stupid but realized he is worse than the juniors and covering them.the manager never us a chance to sit with him and talk but instead he ordered us to leave .thank you.customer service is not good.kyle,Christina and the manager very rude people,very impatient to listen to customers.there is racial discrimination,rude representatives(some) and big scamming.God bless you
