My husband and I got married this month (March 2020) and we were fortunate enough to have had our wedding cake made by Anastasia. We were connected with Anastasia through our reception venue (The Hazelton Manor). Anastasia was a delight to work with throughout the entire process. She offers a range of fun flavours that are sweetened to perfection - not sickeningly sweet nor bland. During our cake tasting, she provided us with such a generous serving of cake that we had a tough time finishing it all! Anastasia was super easy to communicate with via e-mail and she was always thorough and timely with her responses. She did an amazing job with our wedding cake and it turned out beautifully and tasted delicious! We had the vanilla bean and salted caramel cheesecake, which we highly recommend! She was extremely flexible to work with regarding florals for our cake and was willing to use flowers from our florist. The buttercream frosting was PERFECTION aesthetically and in terms of taste. Thank you so much Anastasia for creating such a beautiful work of art for our wedding day!
